A breakage fee of R1000 applies to all bookings of chalets.  All missing items, breakages in and damage to room, furniture, fittings and soft furnishings will be charged to the guest.  No dispute discussion regarding breakages or damage will be entertained unless a guest reports same within one hour of checking in.  If the damages exceed the stipulated breakage fees then guest will be liable for additional costs.

Once guests check out, the manager on duty at the property, will do a full inspection and revert to guest.  Should everything be to the hotels satisfaction then the breakage deposit will be paid back to the client within 2 working days.
